Printful products are printed and fulfilled at its global network of fulfillment centers, including locations in the United States, Canada, Mexico, Spain, Latvia, and partner facilities in Japan, Brazil, and Australia.
The T-shirts and Hoodies sold over Printful on our website provide from the brand "Gildan" which is part of the Genuine Responsibility® program, which focuses on reducing water usage and using renewable energy. 77.3% of cotton was sourced through sustainable programs in 2024. They are ISO 45001 certified at five facilities where more than 50,000 employees are employed (an international standard for occupational health and safety (OH&S) management systems).
All Camino Lovers products are handmade and printed on-demand—once you place an order, we produce it specifically for you. It takes 2-7 business days to process an order before we ship it out.
Most of the orders are processed within 4 business days.
Shipping costs are different by product, quantity and delivery destination. The system calculates the exact costs before payment will be processed. You can still abandon the process in case you do not want to purchase the product because of its shipping costs.
The shipping time depends on your location. After your order has been processed, the approximate shipping time is listed below:

For all international orders outside of Europe and the USA. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by Camino Lovers. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
Camino Lovers do not issue refunds and takes responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
When an order is placed, it will be shipped to an address designated by you as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on the Site. We use a third-party shipping agent to ensure the delivery of your purchased products. Regardless of the effort we put in to meet all delivery deadlines, we do not warrant the delays may not happen because of postal/carrier delays, logistics, or bad weather. However, we will keep you updated as much as we can, and you should be able to track your parcel’s progress.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit.
Please further note that we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. We reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. We will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbors, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.
If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.
If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be donated to charity.
